DERBY RETURN ... Frank Lampard is tipped to be fit in time for Sunday's trip to Arsenal
CHELSEA got a double lift with this win and the news that Frank Lampard should be fit to face Arsenal.
Carlo Ancelotti's side sealed top spot in their Champions League group thanks to Nicolas Anelka.
But the fact that Lampard will return to full training today and is expected to play at the Emirates on Sunday is another big boost.
Chelsea boss Ancelotti was delighted with the victory in Portugal but is already looking ahead to the London derby.
He said: "At this moment we don't have any problems with injuries. We will try to get Lampard training, which he did on Wednesday at Cobham. He will train with the team on Thursday and we hope he will be fit for Sunday.
"It is very important to keep momentum up and we have to keep this high moment.
"The players are in good condition and in good form. We know Sunday will be a very difficult match but we also know that we are in a very good moment to play Arsenal."
Lampard injured a thigh muscle two weeks ago while training with England ahead of the friendly with Brazil.
SunSport revealed last week that he visited the controversial Serbian therapist who uses placentas to treat muscle injuries.
Chelsea are adamant that Lamps only had one hour of treatment in Belgrade but, whatever happened, it appears to have had a positive effect.
Ancelotti is also hopeful Ashley Cole will be fit to play against his old club but he stressed the significance of victory over Porto last night.
He said: "It is important because now we have to think back to the Premier League and it was our objective to get first in this group.
"It's not easy to win here. The team didn't play fantastic - just good. We took some risks in the first half but the second was much better and we deserved to win.
"If we want to win the Champions League, then personality and courage are qualities we need and in some parts of this game, we showed good personality."
