STILL BELIEVING ... Chris Harris
CHRIS HARRIS is refusing to accept mighty Poland have the World Cup in the bag.
The Poles will be hot favourites when they take on Great Britain, the Danes and the Swedes in Denmark tonight.
But GB skipper Harris, 27, insisted: "Vojens is probably one of the closest to an English track in Europe - we can go there and shock a few people.
"If we go there believing the Poles have got it sewn up we have no chance, but if we go believing we can win, who knows?
"We just have to make the right decisions when we're on the bikes."
Harris will be joined by Scott Nicholls, Lee Richardson, Simon Stead and Tai Woffinden.
Harris added: "It will mean so much on Saturday if I'm picking up that Ove Fundin Trophy.
"The last time we won it was in 1989 and I didn't even know what speedway was back then."
Team boss Rob Lyon also beat the drum.
He said: "We are going to go to Vojens now with great confidence. We've nothing to lose and, at our best, know we can do it.
"We're in the mood to become world champions."
